Why do we care?
What's the point?
Why do I have this life?
Why am I going to eat this pizza?
Why do I care - does anyone care?
Many of us reach a point in life and ask some version of these questions. The answer is - as simple and as complicated as - because you are alive.
There are really only two things that are absolutely true-- first, we are all going to die, and next, no one is immune from the human experience.
Put another way:
Are you going to kill yourself?
No?
Ok, good. Let’s begin…
So, if there is a morsel of life worth living, how do we choose that? How do we figure out, for you, what living while living really means?
In a world where we have access to the loudest volume of cult-ural conditioning at-scale that has ever existed (literally, consistently in the palm of our hand) coupled, with the ease of living that comes with no longer having to use our energy go to the grocery store or cook our own dinner: how do we tap into meaning in our minutes?
So maybe, to keep the bar really low (and because most of the rest of it is focused on the living bits), the better focus here might just be how not to die when...
This is where we begin. Understanding The Systems.

"There is but one truly serious philosophical problem, and that is suicide. Judging whether life is or is not worth living amounts to answering the fundamental question of philosophy. All the rest — whether or not the world has three dimensions, whether the mind has nine or twelve categories — comes afterwards. These are games; one must first answer. And if it is true, as Nietzsche claims, that a philosopher, to deserve our respect, must preach by example, you can appreciate the importance of that reply, for it will precede the definitive act. These are facts the heart can feel; yet they call for careful study before they become clear to the intellect."
